Two years ago, I was the girl coding bots for 18 hours a day in my house, brilliant but invisible. Today, I build business empires with women who are tired of playing small and I use AI as our secret weapon.
This wasn't always my story.
Four years ago, I was the girl gaming 18 hours a day, lost in depression, medicated into numbness with Lexapro and completely dissociated and checked out from my own life.
I watched my dad's body give out on him and I tragically lost him to an AVC while I was gone away for vacation....he lived and died unhealthy, unhappy, unfree. His death shattered something in me, but it also ignited everything. I couldn't save him, but I could save myself. And I could build something that would support other women to do the same.
First came the nutrition certifications, the healing work, the climb out of rock bottom. I started helping people transform their health because I saw the patterns everywhere, it wasn't just the weight. It was the burnout, the stress, the constant hustle that was killing them slowly. Health without freedom is still a f*cking cage.
So I pivoted. I taught myself graphic & web, copywriting, video editing, and ultimately the thing that was gonna build a six-figure business - building outstanding custom GPT bots.
It was the best journey of my life, going from being depressed, to building a business that initially burnt me out and ended me in the ER twice. To then, building myself alongside the business, identifying the leadership and identity leaks that kept pulling me back into over delivery, over involvement, and self abandonment disguised as ambition.
I launched my first online programs from that place and started building containers that could actually hold growth because the foundation could finally support it.
Now I coach women through the same transformation.
Not just in their bank accounts, but in their bones. Because the money is never the real problem....it's the woman who doesn't believe she's worth it yet.
My transformation from rock bottom to industry leader isn't motivation p0rn. It's proof of what happens when you stop dimming your light to make others comfortable.
